I own rentals in San Antonio, so I look at every property the way an owner does. What does it really cost to hold? Where are the risks? What will keep a good tenant renewing? My background is in construction, property management and real estate investing. I'd rather dig into the numbers and the condition of a home than give you a quick guess.
